Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days; company covers costs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; climb crawl spaces as needed.
- Comfort with varied weather conditions and safety PPE.
Responsibilities
- Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Oversee accounts, perform on-site inspections, and design service plans.
- Deliver compelling presentations to highlight value and close business.
- Serve as main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
- Use company tools to organize pipeline and proposals.
- Translate findings into tailored recommendations to reduce risk.
