Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and client service activities, resolving complex issues promptly.
• Oversee policy expirations, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis; monitor receivables.
