Qualifications

• Management and Accounting: Keep informed of new practices in green industry.
• Management and Accounting: Keep informed of new or potential sales.
• Customer Service and Sales: Serve as main field contact person for clients.
• Customer Service and Sales: Customer retention.
• Production: Provides clear customer expectation to production so that they can execute efficiently and properly.
• Horticulture: Knowledgeable of all horticulture practices associated with commercial grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Meet monthly sales goals for enhancements.
• Assemble proposals for potential Grounds Management Customers.
• Safely drives company owned vehicles.
• Work with other Account Managers to ensure a consistent product.
• Help with snow removal in the winter months.
