Bland Landscaping Company in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Account Manager / Production Manager to lead client relationships and oversee daily field operations for commercial properties. The role focuses on retention, enhancement sales, safety, and operational excellence across assigned accounts.

You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, and collaborate with estimating, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality landscape solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial landscaping, account management, or field supervision.
• Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Business, Landscape Management, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• State Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients and contractors.
• Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities and meet sales goals.
• Manage daily crew schedules, budgets, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure contract quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead safety programs and coordinate with maintenance teams.
