BrightView Landscapes, LLC is hiring an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients in the Charlotte area. You will cultivate long-term relationships, drive ancillary sales, and coordinate with field teams to ensure service quality and renewals.

Active relationship management, accurate estimating, bid proposals, and coaching of crews are expected. This role combines office work with on-site client interactions.

Qualificações

• Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and communications.
• Lead site walkthroughs with clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
