Bland Landscaping Company is seeking an Account Manager for its Commercial Grounds Management division in Florida. You will focus on client needs, planning, and coordination with production staff to drive retention, growth, and new CGM sales.

Lead on-site client relationships, meet monthly sales goals, and assemble proposals while ensuring safety and collaboration across departments. Requires strong communication and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main field contact for clients.
• Maintain on-site relations with clients, contractors, and/or subcontractors.
• Meet monthly sales goals for enhancements.
• Assemble proposals for potential Grounds Management Customers.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to execute plans.
