Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Account Manager of Commercial Grounds Management to focus on client retention, enhancement sales, and new CGM opportunities. You will promote teamwork, set clear client expectations for production staff, and ensure service quality across projects.

The role involves serving as the main field contact for clients, assembling proposals, guiding crews, and coordinating with other managers on schedules and seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NC Driver's license and maintain a good driving record (CDL preferred).
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be willing to obtain NC Pesticide applicators license.
• Need strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main field contact person for clients.
• Maintain excellent on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Meet monthly sales goals for enhancements and assemble proposals for potential Grounds Management customers.
• Provide clear customer expectations to production and assist with scheduling and seasonal work plans.
