Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company in North Carolina is seeking a Production Manager for Commercial Grounds Maintenance to oversee multiple maintenance crews, optimize scheduling, ensure safety, and uphold high standards of turf care.

You will manage equipment, coordinate materials, monitor crew performance, and support client satisfaction while driving productivity and growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Strong turfgrass knowledge, plant ID, pruning, and chemical/fertilizer applications.
• Valid NC Driver’s license with clean record; pesticide license preferred.
• Proficient with industry software for scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews, schedule daily routes, and optimize labor and equipment use.
• Inspect sites for quality, safety, and contract compliance; address issues promptly.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and coordinate with accounts to propose solutions.
• Manage fleet maintenance and coordinate materials for daily operations.
• Support client relations and maintain production reporting.
