Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Account Manager for commercial landscaping. You will serve as the primary contact, grow and maintain a portfolio of accounts, and align service with client needs. Your role blends customer service, sales, and landscaping knowledge to drive business results.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating with production and leadership to deliver high-quality landscaping services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a horticultural-related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize, schedule, and multitask.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficient.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and general business principles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, estimates, contracts, and enhancement proposals.
• Coordinate with production and leadership to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and account information.
