Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company seeks a hands-on Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise a year-round maintenance crew on commercial properties in North Carolina. You will manage daily workloads, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safety and quality across all sites.

The role includes client communication, timesheet preparation, and adherence to company policies. A valid NC driver's license and ability to obtain a pesticide license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising landscaping crews and coordinating daily tasks.
• Ability to load/unload materials and operate landscape equipment safely.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance crews on landscape services.
• Mow, rake, dig, and weed commercial properties.
• Load/unload equipment and materials from trucks.
• Schedule and manage daily workloads.
• Plan and collect equipment and job materials daily.
• Attend safety meetings and prepare daily paperwork.
• Safely operate company vehicles and transport crew.
• Maintain on-site client relations and communication.
• Monitor irrigation controllers and adjust as needed.
