Pritchard Industries, Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking an Account Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations within the Mid-Atlantic region. You will oversee scheduling, staff performance, and ensure service commitments are met while driving growth and profitability.

The role involves client meetings, developing long-term strategies, managing budgets, recruiting and training personnel, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years progression in janitorial or allied industry; operations/buildings management in a Class A building is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with owners, senior management, clients, vendors, and staff.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong business development experience, skills, and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and annual business plans to grow the account.
• Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services including delivery costs, labor, supplies.
• Meet with clients to ensure contract satisfaction and identify evolving needs; build strong tenant relations.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Analyze processes considering customer needs and service expectations.
• Meet with leaders to evaluate location performance and opportunities to improve service.
• Schedule services according to customer contracts and allocate resources accordingly.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of cleaning staff.
• Interact with senior managers/ownership to promote business.
