Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Supervisor – Janitorial Operations to lead daily service execution, staffing, and safety across assigned sites. You will ensure adherence to the Operating Playbook, maintain staffing levels, manage timekeeping, and deliver timely operational visibility through daily reporting and weekly roll-ups.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services, strong knowledge of cleaning processes, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services operations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes and safety standards.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and regular reporting.
• Ability to lead frontline teams with accountability and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments and schedules for janitorial staff.
• Ensure time and attendance policies are followed; review and submit timesheets.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct daily site inspections and routine quality audits.
• Prepare weekly roll-up reports on safety, staffing, inspections, and inventory.
