Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC in Pottstown, PA is seeking an Account Manager to join the Mid-Atlantic regional management team. The role will lead commercial cleaning operations, ensure service commitments are met, and drive growth across the market with clients in the Pottstown area.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance management of staff while supporting sales efforts and overseeing physician-related activities as needed. This position reports to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong business development experience, skills and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy and annual business plans for growth.
• Oversee daily operations and sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services including delivery, labor and supplies.
• Meet with clients to ensure satisfaction with current services and identify changing needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues and improve performance.
• Analyze processes considering customer needs and service expectations.
• Evaluate location performance with leadership to identify opportunities and regulatory impacts.
• Schedule services in line with customer contract commitments.
• Allocate resources and maintain inventories for customer sites.
• Meet with Operations and Sales teams and clients to monitor service delivery and address deficiencies.
• Oversee recruitment and training of cleaning staff; support continual development.
• Engage with senior managers and owners to promote business.
