Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is hiring an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to drive advanced chemical water treatment solutions across industries. You will be a technical advisor developing customer relationships while delivering solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

This role requires a background in chemical water treatment, 3+ years of technical sales, and willingness to travel with a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) preferred; or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 3+ years in technical sales with success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationships.
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze customer data and drive improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities for growth.
