Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional to lead renewals and expansions for nonprofit clients. This fully remote role lets you manage partner communications and tailor renewal plans to drive growth.

You will collaborate with internal Partner Success Strategists, build strategic plans, and negotiate renewals while ensuring client satisfaction across Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SaaS customer success experience, managing clients and negotiations.
