Job summary

Mygrant Glass in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to grow sales within the designated territory by recruiting new customers and developing existing relationships. You will present the Mygrant message and help manage territory plans with the team.

The role requires 3 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Expect frequent travel and close collaboration with the Branch Manager and sales colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of work experience and education strongly preferred.
• 3 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Present the Mygrant message to current and prospective customers.
• Update territory plans and set sales goals with management.
• Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market.
• Analyze sales potential to grow market share for new and existing customers.
• Travel in the territory to promote products and services and build relationships.
• Engage clients to determine competitive offerings and implement strategies.
• Interface with clients to overcome obstacles such as competition and budgets.
• Communicate with Branch Manager about opportunities, status and proposals.
• Assist customers with special requests and problems; update CRM accordingly.
• Contribute to development of brands, sales growth, and distributor effectiveness.
