• Experience in inventory control, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• History of developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Track record of managing at least a small team including recruiting and development.

Responsibilities

• Accurately present the “Mygrant message” to customers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with and training on all company policies and regulations.
• Meet branch goals, annual budget, and profit targets.
• Contribute to branch operation plans and business development.
• Define goals and communicate them across the branch.
• Monitor and maintain branch performance standards.
• Coach staff to achieve referral and sales goals; oversee branch sales.
• Plan effective branch succession and development of employees.
• Assist with recruiting and training at the branch.
• Oversee branch security and coordinate activities for smooth operation.
• Manage teller staff and participate in branch promotions.
• Other duties as assigned.
