Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the critical link between customers and warehouse operations in Pooler, GA. You will ensure client requirements are executed with precision and timeliness while improving satisfaction and operational performance.

You will coordinate communications, documentation, and problem-solving with cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and accurate reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in customer service, account management, warehouse ops, or logistics.
• Experience with WMS, customer reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts with professional communication.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound appointment scheduling to align with delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, billing, and customer reports.
• Monitor account activity and address operational challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline admin tasks and analyze data for improvements.
