UNIS is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in Pooler, GA, overseeing receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping. The role translates commitments into reliable execution, coordinating labor and flows for on-time delivery and cost control.

You will monitor KPIs with WMS dashboards, coach staff, ensure safety, and drive improvements with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools across the shift.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required to interpret instructions and safety docs.
• 3+ years in warehouse/distribution/logistics operations.
• 1+ year in a leadership/supervisory role overseeing frontline staff.
• Experience with shift-based operations and meeting targets.
• Proficiency with WMS and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety with real-time data and adjust staffing.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct feedback, and ensure safe practices.
• Conduct pre/post-shift meetings and maintain clear priorities and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, safety rules, and housekeeping.
