Job summary

Smith+Neo is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team. This field-based role focuses on growing a strategic territory, promoting wound care solutions, and educating clinicians on the value of our portfolio across acute and post-acute settings.

You will build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, manage pipeline, and deliver demonstrations and training to support best practices in wound care. Hybrid work model available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across wound care needs.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value of Smith+Neo solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs to support best practices in wound care.
