White Cap Management LLC in Illinois is hiring an Account Manager for our Accelerated Sales Program. You will enter a structured, six-to-twelve month training track designed to fast-track your sales career and build relationships with customers and vendors.

You'll participate in classroom and on-the-job learning, develop account plans, and progress toward an outside sales role with a base salary of $37,000 and a starting target of $80,000 with additional variable pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or one to two years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
• Enters and processes customer orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
