White Cap is hiring immediately for our Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program. The Accelerated Sales Program is designed for sales professionals outside our industry to quickly accelerate their sales career and join our sales team.

The program runs 6–12 months with classroom, on‑the‑job training, and mentoring to develop relationships, product knowledge, and selling skills, preparing you to drive growth on real accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
• Requires self-governance, a proactive approach and personal accountability.
• Demonstrated drive to succeed and be goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap’s business model and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Learns effective jobsite or office sales calls by shadowing experienced Account Managers.
