The program emphasizes classroom and on-the-job training, with hands-on sales calls, order processing, and account planning. Strong communication, independence, and a drive to succeed are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or 1–2 years of sales or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
• Spanish language proficiency required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in training to learn White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, and pricing.
• Prepares and executes account plans and sells White Cap value proposition.
• Enters and processes customer orders and supports field sales calls.
• Develops relationships with customers and drives sales growth.
