Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative in Memphis, TN to grow product lines within existing accounts. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and help meet sales quotas while transporting product samples for client presentations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales activity targets.
• Collaborate with the Service Representative to leverage relationships and grow sales.
• Sell a range of products and services to significant customers to achieve targets.
• Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget for the fiscal year.
