Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships for multiple accounts and drive sales growth. You will ensure customer satisfaction, provide sales support, and help execute business plans across assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes a proactive, organized approach, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as part of account coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Account Manager will be assigned specific customer accounts and be accountable for those relationships.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Projects Teams on opportunities, quotes, and post-sale activities.
• Prepare proposals for customers and negotiate pricing as needed.
• Collaborate with Vendor Partners to grow business on product lines.
• Work with Sales Management to develop and execute business plans.
• Provide input on marketing events and customer communications.
• Engage in ongoing product and service learning.
