WPTV, the E.W. Scripps NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking an Account Executive to serve as a trusted advisor to local businesses.

You will deliver multi-platform advertising solutions across broadcast TV and digital channels to drive real results. You'll combine strategic thinking with relationship-building to grow accounts, apply the Scripps Sales Process, and manage a CRM-driven sales funnel.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in strategic account management and digital execution is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and agencies.
• Apply the SSP process to analyze needs and tailor advertising solutions.
• Facilitate digital marketing opportunities beyond TV airtime.
• Prospect, schedule, analyze needs, develop and close customized solutions.
• Use ratings data and market trends to negotiate rates and maximize revenue.
• Build strong client relationships and pursue referrals for new business.
• Manage CRM-based sales funnel and report activity to leadership.
• Collaborate on creative development and campaign production aspects.
