Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to identify prospective clients and develop relationships for temporary staffing services. You will research businesses, make introductory calls, visit client sites, and deliver sales presentations while collaborating with recruiting teams.

You will travel to client meetings and events, negotiate deals, manage a book of business, and contribute to beaconHill's nationwide client network.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Conduct client meetings at worksites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and represent BH internally.
• Manage client relationships as the first point of contact during the job order process.
