Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Columbus, OH is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can use our temporary staffing services. You will spend time researching prospects, making introductory calls, visiting client sites, and delivering sales presentations while collaborating with recruiting to match candidates.

This is a relationship-driven sales role with travel, a base salary plus uncapped commission, training, mentoring across the nationwide

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation with a proactive approach.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Leadership qualities and competitive drive.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients via internet, calls, and referrals.
• Conduct introductory client meetings and deliver sales presentations.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals while managing client accounts.
