Job summary

Interface, a global flooring and sustainability leader, seeks an Account Executive for the New England region (MA). You will connect our nora by Interface rubber flooring systems and broader portfolio with A&D firms, end users, and dealers to grow healthcare, education, and industry segments.

You will develop relationships, close opportunities, and drive year-over-year growth. In this role you will leverage Salesforce, negotiate with teams, travel within the territory, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors or construction preferred.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow Interface business across key market segments and product lines with a team.
• Develop and expand relationships to drive specifications with end users and A&D firms.
• Learn and execute the nora by Interface sales process and pricing strategy.
