T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales to build relationships with small businesses and drive growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, generate leads, and close deals by tailoring wireless solutions to customer needs.

As a hunter, you’ll exceed monthly sales targets, participate in product training, and collaborate with leadership to refine strategies. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience.
Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with wireless solutions and pricing plans.
Negotiate and close deals.
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and meetings.
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
Utilize sales automation, manage funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
Grow and maintain the customer base within territory.
