Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Account Executives for SMB sales to build strong customer relationships and bring our wireless solutions to underserved markets. This hunter role focuses on acquiring new business through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals while aligning solutions to customer needs.

You will work toward monthly quotas, develop skills in prospecting and negotiation, and participate in product training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospecting, cold calling, networking to build a pipeline.
• Sales: recommend wireless solutions, price plans, data services, devices and accessories.
• Deal negotiation: close deals and finalize terms.
• Skill development: improve prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
• Sales approaches: create effective sales proposals.
• Sales automation: manage funnel and report on activities and forecasts.
