MasterClass is hiring an Account Executive for our SMB segment in the United States. You will own the entire sales cycle for smaller, high-velocity deals, from prospecting to close, and build a scalable outbound motion.

• 3+ years of professional sales experience.
• 2+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role.
• Own deals from prospecting through close.
• Hunter and builder who can create pipeline from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Own the SMB sales motion from first touch to close.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting to build a strong pipeline.
• Define target accounts, personas, and use cases with the greatest opportunity.
• Utilize AI and automation to research accounts, personalize outreach, and increase efficiency.
