Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Wisconsin to cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team that supports growth as Convergint grows, with a culture focused on service excellence and collaboration.

In this role, you will develop pipelines, lead proposals, present to decision makers, and close opportunities across markets including healthcare, data centers, and government.

Responsibilities

• Develop account pipeline by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in assigned markets.
• Lead proposal development and coordinate with internal SMEs to create compelling business cases and solutions.
• Present proposals to decision makers and navigate objections around timing and price.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Manage market focus across global accounts, healthcare, data centers, and government segments.
• Perform other duties as requested or required.
