Job summary

805title is expanding with a dedicated Account Executive seat for Ventura County. This is not a warm-up role; it’s a territory with real upside for someone who can build a trusted local presence and become the go-to title rep.

You will own the territory, build partnerships, run daily agent appointments, and use LYTI to track orders and revenue in real time. A strong personal brand and disciplined prospecting are essential to succeed and advance with the company statewide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in professional sales and the ability to develop own book.
• Experience in title, mortgage or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Self-managed and commission-driven with a community-building mindset.
• Strong ability to build trust in a community-driven market.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ventura County territory, including Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, and surrounding communities
• Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners sending consistent recurring title and escrow orders
• Run daily agent appointments and a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up
• Represent a product suite that gives agents a real competitive advantage in their own business
• Track everything in LYTI, pipeline, orders, income, all visible in real time

805title is adding a dedicated Account Executive seat for Ventura County and we want the right person in it.

This isn't a warm-up role. This is a territory with real upside for someone who brings discipline, a strong personal brand, and a genuine commitment to becoming the go-to title rep in this market.

What you'll do:

• Own the Ventura County territory, including Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, and surrounding communities

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find, develop, and close your own business
• Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required, we welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background
• Someone who understands how to build trust in a community-driven market
• Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
