Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering flexibility and autonomy. Expect activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and ongoing mentorship as you build your portfolio.

You will work remotely, visiting local businesses, and be supported with training while earning uncapped commissions and potential six-figure incomes for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
