Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our field team. This is a commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses, designed for those who want control of time and earnings.

You will educate business owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions while receiving training and mentorship. Remote work is supported within your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
