Rentokil North America is seeking a driven Account Executive to sell commercial pest management services to new and existing customers across hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage, and retail sectors. You will train in Rentokil programs and move opportunities from inspection to proposal.

The role emphasizes prospecting, territory development, and a customer-first approach, with up-to-date CRM usage and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred; prospecting skills valued.
• Self-motivated, hunter mentality; able to work independently.
• Must obtain any required industry licenses provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings and sell pest control solutions based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service excellence.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
