Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing commercial customers. In a results‑driven environment, you will learn our programs, inspect premises, and present pest control solutions tailored to segments like hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission, on‑target earnings of $75,000+ first year, with top earners $100,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality and ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM.
