Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Account Executive to manage a Spirits & Wine portfolio within our North America Rigid Packaging Solutions. You will drive growth, build strategic plans, and maintain relationships across senior levels to advance Amcor's offerings in Closures, Bottles and Specialties.

The role is remotely based with up to 50% travel, preferably from the Midwest, and requires collaboration across procurement, engineering, and sales teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in distribution, direct sales, or national accounts.
• Knowledge of packaging field or related areas preferred (plastics).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely—Midwest base preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organic growth and a strong sales pipeline.
• Grow the assigned territory and manage a book of accounts within the Spirits & Wine segment.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, procurement) to fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across accounts.
