Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Account Executive to manage a book of Spirits & Wine customers in North America. The role focuses on selling Closures, Bottles, and Specialties within the Rigid Packaging Solutions NA division, driving growth and profitability for customers and Amcor.

The position involves remote work with up to 50% travel, collaboration across procurement, engineering, and marketing, and strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and delivering value through Amcor’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in distribution, direct sales, or national accounts required.
• Knowledge of plastics category will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business beyond current accounts as part of a formalized plan, aligned with the Sales Director.
• Identify customer needs and sell the value of Amcor's products and services.
• Conduct systematic performance reviews with accounts.
• Lead key business negotiations and influence decisions.
• Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders across function.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery and coordinate resources.
