Job summary

InPwr, Inc. seeks a Commercial Electrical Construction Service Account Manager to lead sales and business development for the service division.

You will be the primary contact for customers, managing accounts, driving revenue, and building long-term relationships by understanding needs and providing timely information in line with safety standards. The role requires travel around Denver, CO, and the surrounding region, with a focus on acquiring new business within 60 days of hire and

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in account management, preferably in construction or service industries.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding related to our service and industry standards.
• Estimating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive sales.
• Coordinate from sales to project execution, reviewing scopes, timelines and resources.
• Prepare and present timely, detailed proposals and manage the full sales cycle.
