Merraine Group in Brickell, Miami is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Account Executive Development Program. This role targets individuals with sales experience aiming to become independent Account Executives, offering mentorship and direct exposure to U.S. and Canadian markets.

You will develop B2B sales, learn freight brokerage basics, and build a personal book of business while meeting prospecting and performance targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident engaging customers over the phone.
• English fluency; Spanish or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B customers via cold calling and email outreach.
• Maintain an active pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Assess customers' transportation needs and propose logistics solutions.
• Develop negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and work with sales leaders.
• Learn transportation industry fundamentals and meet targets.
