Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading provider of real estate information and analytics, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business in Portland, OR. You will manage and grow a client portfolio, deliver product demonstrations, and close deals across the commercial real estate industry.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales, a proven record of exceeding targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited in-person college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving record/abstract check prior to start.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry and beyond.
• Manage and grow your client portfolio for ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other CRE professionals.
• Leverage the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships and represent CoStar at industry events.
