Job summary

CoStar Group in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage a growing client portfolio. This consultative role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales from prospecting to renewal.

You will leverage industry-leading data and analytics to help real estate professionals succeed. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$95,000 with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving record check must reflect responsible driving behavior.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting value of CoStar products to CRE industry.
• Account management: grow portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite and market.
• Execute end-to-end sales process: prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and network professionally.
