Rentokil North America, Inc. in Loveland, OH is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow commercial pest management services.

You will prospect, present pest control solutions, and manage opportunities within a structured CRM, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires a proactive hunter mindset, strong communication, and willingness to travel; training will be provided by a global leader in pest control.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with ability to work independently.
Must obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
Visually inspect and assess facilities, selling pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for Commercial customers.
Develop strategies to exceed sales targets.
Learn Rentokil programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
