Job summary

AegisAI, Inc. is seeking an aggressive, high-ownership Account Executive to drive revenue for an AI-native email security platform. You will educate CISOs and security leaders, run full-cycle deals, and help shape how this category is sold.

You will work with founders, product, and marketing to connect demand with enterprise and partner sales motions. This is not a run-the-playbook role—you’ll help write it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals and generating pipeline.
• Comfort selling technical, security-focused products.
• Self-starter able to run deals with minimal enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Generate and close net-new pipeline, not just inbound leads.
• Sell to security leaders (CISO, Head of Security, IT leadership) with a consultative approach.
• Clearly articulate why AI-native email security beats legacy systems.
• Partner with founders and product to influence roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and field feedback.
• Help define early sales processes, discovery frameworks, and qualification standards.
