Engage PSG Search is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business in the US institutional investor market. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting hedge funds, asset managers and family offices with an AI-driven investment research platform.

You’ll build your own pipeline, partner with the founding team, and help shape commercial messaging. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and uncapped growth potential in a fast-growing AI company.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B full cycle sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Experience selling into hedge funds, asset managers or other institutional investors.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Win new institutional clients: hedge funds, asset managers, family offices and other sophisticated investors.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound activity and existing network.
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, trials, negotiations and close.
• Engage senior investment professionals to position AI-driven research solutions.
• Demonstrate commercial value and impact on research productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging and approach to customers.
• Bring market insights back to product and leadership to influence direction.
