Job summary

Lumen Technologies in the United States is seeking an account executive to drive new sales and expand brand awareness within a defined territory by selling the Lumen portfolio of products and solutions. This desk-based role targets mostly new logo acquisition with limited field engagement, supported by structured sales motions.

You will prospect, qualify, conduct customer meetings, and provide timely quotes while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills
• Ability to build new relationships and stay motivated

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customers to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Prospect and qualify through calls, emails, social media, campaigns and follow up.
• Prepare agendas for every customer call and conduct strong customer meetings to identify opportunities.
• Provide timely quotes and maintain accurate notes in Salesforce; forecast and report monthly volumes.
