Job Title: Account Executive (Affiliate/CPA Team)
Location: Remote, US (LA, SF and NYC preferred for proximity to clients)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / year (+variable commission, equity, and benefits)
Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager (Account Executive) to join our Affiliate (CPA) Sales team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new CPA opportunities: sourcing leads, running outreach, and booking meetings with brands and agencies in the performance marketing world. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and help grow one of the fastest-moving parts of our business.
This role is a launchpad. As you build affiliate expertise and demonstrate success, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle seller, managing your own deals from first touch to close.
You don’t need a decade of experience—but you do need affiliate chops, hustle, and the ability to talk shop with marketers who care about ROAS, attribution, and results.
