Job Title: Account Executive (Affiliate/CPA Team)
Location: Remote, US (LA, SF and NYC preferred for proximity to clients)
Department: Sales
Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Experience: 3+ years
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / year (+variable commission, equity, and benefits)
Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager (Account Executive) to join our Affiliate (CPA) Sales team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new CPA opportunities: sourcing leads, running outreach, and booking meetings with brands and agencies in the performance marketing world. Your job is to open doors, start conversations, and help grow one of the fastest-moving parts of our business.

This role is a launchpad. As you build affiliate expertise and demonstrate success, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle seller, managing your own deals from first touch to close.

You don’t need a decade of experience—but you do need affiliate chops, hustle, and the ability to talk shop with marketers who care about ROAS, attribution, and results.

  • Identify and reach out to affiliate and performance marketing prospects
  • Book qualified meetings for the CPA sales team through personalized outreach
  • Stay plugged into trends, networks, and tools in the affiliate space
  • Support sales follow-up and onboarding prep as needed
  • Track outreach and pipeline progress in our CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process and results

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance media, or digital ad sales
  • Familiarity with CPA models, affiliate networks, and attribution tools
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • A self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • A drive to learn, improve, and help build something big

You May Also Have

  • Knowledge of tracking platforms, attribution tools, or pixel/tag-based integrations
  • A network of contacts in the affiliate or performance media space
  • Certification or training in digital media buying or affiliate marketing tools
